You can ask for help even when you cannot sign in. Never send a password, payment-card number or secure account link.
Where are you stuck?
- Signing in: Check the email you used for RWR. Use your registered sign-in method. Request a secure password link if you use email.
- Opening a program: Signing in and program access are separate. Ask us to review the program you expected to see.
- A billing question: Include the purchase channel and a brief description. Do not send card details.
If you no longer have your old mailbox, ask RWR for an ownership review. We will use the supported account-recovery route; a request does not change your identity or grant program access.
Creating this request does not create an account, confirm an account match, or change your program or billing. A saved receipt and an emailed reply are separate.
