Close your member account.
You can start a secure deletion request on the web, even if the installed app is no longer on your device. RWR requires sign-in so another person cannot request deletion of your account.
What the request covers
The request covers your RWR member account and associated profile, program-access, progress, manual observation, floor-coach, support, and privacy-request records.
What may be retained
RWR may retain a limited record when required for law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or financial reconciliation. Any retained record remains restricted to that purpose.
How it works
- Sign in to verify the account.
- Open Support and select “Request account deletion.”
- RWR records the request and completes identity and retention checks before removal.

Deletion is consequential
After deletion is completed, program history and other removed member data may not be recoverable. Submitting this request does not cancel an unrelated chargeback or legal obligation.
